The Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) Consensus Statement highlights important aspects of HBV management in Australia. This clinical resource was developed by a collaborative effort of specialists in hepatology, infectious diseases, general practice and nursing. Additional expertise was provided by a consumer oversight group of people with lived-experience and representatives from communities most affected by HBV.

This new resource replaces the GESA DHF 2nd edition from 2009/10 titled “Australia and New Zealand Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) Recommendations”.
