GESA AGW continues to be the premier gastroenterology and liver meeting. Helping to facilitate collegiality, deliver education, promote research and provide networking opportunities for attendees are all hallmarks of GESA AGW.
For GESA AGW 2021, 3 single days, with each day focusing on a major clinical streams(Endoscopy, IBD, Hepatology with some paediatric sessions), over 2 weekends is planned, plus a day Plenary Virtual Session with presentations from the Bushell Lecturer, Outstanding Clinician Award recipient , Distinguished Researcher Prize recipient and the Trans-Tasman lecturer.
The GESA Young Investigator presentations and selection of the YIA winners, and the GESA AGM will also be held during that day. We hope to also have all meetings live streamed (online) and available on-demand after the event to maximise the opportunity for all GESA members to ‘attend’ AGW 2021 events.
Saturday 4 September – Liver including Paediatrics-face to face
Sunday 5 September – IBD including Paediatrics-face to face
Saturday 11 September – Endoscopy-face to face
Sunday 12 September – Virtual Plenary and GESA AGM and Town Hall and YIA
