BloodSafe eLearning Australia (BEA) develop online courses for health professionals on "Patient Blood Management (PBM)" and safe "Transfusion Practice" to improve patient outcomes.
BEA is funded by all Australian states and territories (and is supported by the National Blood Authority) which enables all of the courses to be accessed by anyone in the world for free.
We have recently released four specialty courses - Gastroenterology, Cardiac, Cancer, Chronic Kidney Disease. A fifth specialty course on Chronic Transfusion will be released in June. The Medical Couse is a prerequisite to the speciality courses (e.g. learners are required to complete the Medical course assessment - six multi- choice question before they can access any of the specialty courses)
All our courses have expert medical input and are rigorously reviewed before release.
